Eric-Gérald Lang has been practicing tax law since more than 10 years. Over these years, he has been assisting both individuals as SMEs and large group companies in various sectors and on all kind of tax aspects.

His expertise covers more specifically key tax matters pertaining to business, which notably includes the Belgian corporate income tax, withholding taxes or international taxation issues. He has also a comprehensive expertise in VAT, real estate taxation and tax shelter (for the film and performing arts industries).

He is the author of several articles as well as a speaker in these fields.

Eric-Gérald Lang has been admitted to the Brussels Bar since 2007.  Before launching my own tax boutique under trade name “LANG LEGAL” (2017), he started practicing as a lawyer in the tax department of the NautaDutilh (2007-2012) and then contributed establishing the tax departement of Strelia (2013-2017), two recognized business law firms.

Eric-Gérald Lang has obtained a law degree with the Free University of Brussels (ULB | 2005 | cum laude) and a degree in Tax law with that same university (ULB | 2006 | magna cum laude).
